1st step

Be a volunteer
The basic benefit, which volunteer can gain on the labor market, is related to gain of knowledge, experience, practical work, business contacts and connections and finally – employment. There is also a possibility to bridge the difference between theory and practical work by volunteering on duties within one’s occupation.

Also, by volunteering in civil sector you build your local community and invest in your own future.

2nd step

Educate yourself / we recommend programs of non-formal education
These are planned programs designed in order to advance different skills and abilities out of formal curriculum.
By these programs usually applicable knowledge is gained. In this way you have a possibility to additional work on your qualifications, and to better understand your needs, strengths and weakness and indirectly to increase the chance to get the job.  
Now-a-days formal education seeks reinforcement in a way of non-formal education practice as life long learning.  
Non-formal education is not replacement to formal, but its supplement.

Solution
